This Report contains an overview of performance results and achievements of “Samruk-Energy” JSC group of companies for 2020, as well as a description of plans for 2021.
The integrated annual report on “Samruk-Energy” JSC operating results consists of two volumes: non-financial and financial parts.
The content of non-financial part of the Report is formed taking into account the requirements of Standards and Principles of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the GRI Electricity Industry (Electric utility, EU) protocol, the reporting requirements of the UN Global Compact, the Corporate Governance Code as well as the International Financial Reporting Standards. The non-financial part of the Report considers the aspects that are most important from the point of view of sustainable development of “SamrukEnergy” JSC.
The audited consolidated financial statement of the Company for 2019 as of December 31, 2019 and for 2020 as of December 31, 2020 are the result of an independent audit by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP .
